Breath of the Wild Shrines of Trials

There are over 100 Shrines of Trials in Breath of the Wild for the player to find and conquer. Shrines of Trials Guide will cover every Shrine in the game once completed. The Shrines reward you with different prizes throughout each of them. This could be a Rune or something else. Be sure to check back March 3rd, 2017 as we will be updating our guide to include all of the Shrines and their prizes.

Breath of the Wild Shrines Guide

Magnesis Trial – Oman Au Shrine

You will now be in the Magnesis Trial. This is one of over 100 Shrines of Trials. Head to the corner of the room and examine the pedestal to activate the rune. You will now have access to the Magnesis Rune. Use the Magnesis Rune to lift the giant stone slates in the middle of the room. This will unlock a path forward.

Continue down the path and go up the stairs to find the next room. There will be a block you can use the Magnesis Rune on located inside the block wall. Pull it out and use it to push down the wall to open a path forward. Now head forward to find an enemy. Pick up the block and drop it on top of it to defeat it.

It may drop an item such as the Ancient Screw. Now head down the path across the slate. Use the Magnesis Rune to pick it up and move it to make a bridge across the gap forward. Continue across the slate to find a chest up on the wall to the left.

Use the rune to pick it up and move it within walking distance. Open it to find the Traveler’s Bow and now use the rune to pull open the slate doors. Continue down the path and up the stairs. Examine the structure for a short dialog. You will get the Spirit Orb and be transported back to the Great Plateau.

Bomb Trial – Ja Baij Shrine

You will now be in the Bomb Trial. Head to the pedestal in the corner of the room and examine it to receive the Remote Bomb Rune. Use it to blow open a path through the light colored blocks blocking the path. You have to toss the bomb and detonate it to make it blow up.

Continue down the path and head right. Blow up the blocks to reveal a chest, which contains the Traveler’s Claymore. Now head back to the left. Blow open the path with the Bomb Rune and continue. Climb up the ladder to find a move platform and some breakable blocks.

Put a bomb on the platform and detonate it when it reaches the blocks. Continue across the platform to find a wide open room. On the back wall is a chest. You’ll see three structures with one tossing a ball back and forth. Climb up and stand on the one in front of the chest to be tossed over to it.

Open the chest for some Amber. Now head back across to the start of this room. There will be some blocks in front of one of the moving structures. Drop a bomb down the whole next to it and it will be tossed over to the blocks.

Detonate the bomb to blow up the blocks and head up the small ladder beneath them. Continue until you find the stairs leader up to a platform. Examine this platform like you did in the previous Shrine to receive another Spirit Orb and be transported back outside the shrine.

Stasis Trial – Owa Daim Shrine

Continue to the pedestal near the large gear. Examine it to get the Stasis Rune. Use the Stasis Rune on the gear when the platform is level. Now hurry on across the platform to the other side. Continue down the path to find boulders that keep rolling down.

Wait until a boulder falls off and quick dash up the path, being sure to freeze the next boulder with the Stasis Rune in time to make it to the top. Wait for this boulder to roll down and quickly dash up the boulder’s path once more to find a chest, which contains the Traveler’s Shield.

Head back down the path and continue to the left side of the room. Against the wall will be an Iron Sledgehammer. Pick it up and continue north along the path. You will find a boulder blocking the path. Freeze time on the boulder and hit it several times with the Iron Sledgehammer.

The boulder will fly across the room once it unfreezes. Continue along the path and go all the way up the stairs. Examine the structure to get another Spirit Orb and be transported outside the Shrine.

Cryonis Trial – Keh Namut Shrine

Begin like the other Shrines of Trials by examining the pedestal to activate the rune, which is the Cryonis Rune this time. Head towards the small body of water and use the Cyronis Rune to raise an ice pillar. Climb up and, raise another pillar if needed, jump across to the ledge to the north.

Continue down the stairs and travel to the left to find the pathway blocked. Raise an ice pillar underneath this obstacle to raise it up enough to travel under. Continue along the path and defeat the creature. Slight towards the end of the path will be a chest slightly out of reach.

Raise a pillar of ice to reach it. It contains the Traveler’s Spear. Head to the end of this room to find a platform. Hop across to the platform and raise either side with a pillar of ice. Climb up the adjacent side to reach the area above. Continue to the top and examine the structure.

You’ll get another Spirit Orb and Link is transported outside of the Shrine

The Wind Guides You – Bosh Kala Shrine

Head up the stairs to the left to find a gust a wind. On the opposite side of the room will be a chest. Dash towards it, jump, and glide using the Paraglider to make it across. The chest contains Amber. Now head towards the center of the room and continue north up the stairs.

Head to the left up the stairs for another wind gust. Do the same thing as earlier to glide across to the north side of the room. Glide once more to the north side of the room. You can turn toward the right at the end of the flight and glide over to a chest, which contains a Soldier’s Claymore if you need a new weapon. Otherwise, do not risk it as you may end up falling several times.

Now that you have made it to the norther most part of the room, head left and go up the stairs until you reach the structure. Examine it to get another Spirit Orb and be transported back outside the shrine.

The Water Guides – Ha Dahamar Shrine

Upon entering the Ha Dahamar Shrine, you will be in The Water Guides trial. Head north to the first patch of water. Use the Cryonis Rune to raise a pillar of ice. Climb on top of it and jump across to the ledge. Continue north to find some more running water.

Raise a pillar of ice out of it like before and use it to reach the other side. Continue going north and turn right to find some stairs leading lower. Go down the stairs and into portion with the orange glowing floor. There will be more running water. Create several pillars of ice to reach the platform north.

Climb to the top of the platform and create more pillars to reach the next platform. There will be a ball that rolls down the platforms. Create a pillar of ice to block it and make it reverse direction towards the lower platform. Make sure not to block the path of the ball with too many ice pillars. You only need 1.

Hop back down to the lower platform and create another pillar of ice towards the bottom to make sure the ball can make it across. You may need to create 2 ice pillars for the ball to travel across. Once the ball reaches the bottom, it will unlock a door nearby. Head inside this door and examine the structure to get another Spirit Orb and transported back outside the shrine.

Ta’loh Naeg’s Teachings - Ta’loh Naeg Shrine

Upon entering the Ta’loh Naeg Shrine, you will be taking part in the Ta’loj Naeg’s Teachings trial. Before heading to the other side of the room, open both of the chests. They will contain an Eightfold Blade and the Shield of the Mind’s Eye. Head into the center of the room to start a fight with an enemy.

You will have to perfect several technique to overcome the foe. They will be taught to you during the fight. The tutorial will teach you how to dodge an enemy attack, parry an enemy attack, do a backflip, and perform a charged attack. These will all be useful throughout the game.

After finishing this short tutorial, head north through the door and open the chest, which contains a piece of Opal. Continue up the stairs and examine the structure. You will get a Spirit Orb and be transported back outside the shrine.

Sunken Scoop – Daka Tuss Shrine

This trial begin in a room with a body of water containing several floating balls. Use the Magnesis Rune to lift the object underneath the water and scoop up one of the balls. Lower the ball into the pit in the back corner of the room. Make the ball fall out and go into the hole.

This will open a path forward. Pick up the scoop once more and carry it with you to the next room. This room a bit more tricky. You need to scoop up a ball and place it on to of the blocked off pit in the corner. Now drop the scoop onto the switch underneath the water.

This will activate the switch and open the pit, dropping the ball into the hole. This will lower the water level. Climb down and head into the next room. Head up the ramp and up the stairs to examine the structure. You will now get another Spirit Orb and be transported back outside of the shrine.

A Minor Test of Strength – Soh Kofi Shrine

The Soh Kofi Shrine is really straightforward; however, it can be challenging. Head into the first room for a fight with a formidable foe. It occasionally shoot lasers at you, so be sure to hide behind a pillar when this happen. Simply attack it as much as possible.

It will eventually run away. Hide behind a pillar and it will perform a spin attack. The pillar will stun the creature. Quickly deal as much damage as possible. Continue this until the creature starts performing a laser sweep of the room. During this portion, you need to use your bow to hurt it.

After a few more rounds, the creature should be low on health. It will run away and start pointing a red laser at you. This is your que to run up and defeat the creature before it shoots you with the laser. This laser will destroy pillars and the foe will likely defeat you, so be sure to quickly down it while it is charging the attack.

Once you defeat the enemy, pick up everything it drops and continue into the next room. There will be a chest. Open it to get the Knight’s Bow. Continue up the stairs and examine the structure to get another Spirit Orb and to be transported outside of the shrine.

Pushing Power – Ne’ez Yohma Shrine

Upon entering the Ne’ez Yohma Shrine, you will notice a lot of stone balls rolling down a sloped area. Wait a moment and they will cease rolling. Make your way to the top of the sloped area and you will see an orange ball at the top. Climb up and take one of the paths that go above the sloped area.

Continue heading back down to find a chest, which contains a Zora Spear. After opening the chest, head back up to the top where the ball is located. Rise a pillar of ice behind it to push it off the ledge. It will stop shortly after falling down. Now run down to where the laser is roughly midway down the slope.

Place a pillar of ice between the two structures here so the ball will be able to roll from one to the next. Now go back up and raise an ice pillar beneath the ball to make it start rolling again. It should roll almost all the way down the sloped area and stop next to the large stone ball.

Run down and place an ice pillar beneath the path of the ball to stop it before reaching the bottom structure. Now raise the ball to make it roll down and stop at your ice pillar. Raise another ice pillar against the bottom structure – this time slightly over towards the wall.

It needs to be able to trap the ball in front of the hole at the bottom. Now climb onto the side of the ice pillar blocking the ball and slowly push the ball to make it roll down and get trapped below. Finally, raise the ball to make it roll once more and fall into the hole.

This will unlock the door in the shrine. Head through the door and examine the structure. You will get another Spirit Orb and be transported back to Zora’s Domain.

Metal Makes a Path – Mo’a Keet Shrine

Upon entering the Mo’a Keet Shrine, you will be taking part in the Metal Makes a Path trial. Start by waiting until the boulder rolls pass, now quickly run up the path and use the Stasis Rune on the boulder before it hits you or blocks the path. Now go to the right to find a metal looking ball rolling.

Freeze it near the end of the path and run up the sloped area it came from to find a chest, which contains a Knight’s Broadsword. Now run back to the lower level. Use the Magnesis Rune on the metal ball to take control of it. Use it to block the boulders from hitting you as you traverse to the other side.

The last sloped area will have many boulders rolling down it at the same time. Simply use the metal ball to push them back up the ramp and continue going up it until you reach the top. Run over and climb the stairs to examine the structure. You will get another Spirit Orb and be transported back outside.

Swinging Flames – Shae Mo’sah Shrine

Once inside the Shae Mo’sah Shrine, head towards the door and hop onto the switch to the side of it. Use the Stasis Rune on the switch and run through the door. Head left to find a chest that contains the Stone Smasher. Continue back to the right and defeat the 3 creatures.

There will be another chest in this room, which contains a Ruby. Now head up the stairs to the next level. There will be a short set of stairs with a switch on top. Hop down next to the switch back to the floor to find another chest, which contains Ice Arrow x10.

Head back up and hop onto the switch. This will lower a lantern next to the wall. Use the Magnesis Rune to swing it over and light the leaves on fire. This will cause the metal ball to start rolling. Head to the back of the room to find the metal ball is stuck.

Hope onto the nearby switch and the ball will be set free. This will unlock another door across the room. Go through this door before it closes back down. There is a chest is this room that contains a Small Key. Head up the sloped path next to the chest to exit this room.

Go to the front of this room to find a locked door. Use the small key to open this door and go into the room. There will be another locked door with leaves around it. Use the Magnesis Rune to push the torch over to the leaves and swing it around some to break it free.

This will light the leaves on fire and drop down the barrel. Pick the barrel up and sit in on the switch nearest to the door. Now go through the door and up the stairs to examine the structure. You will get another Spirit Orb and be transported back outside.

Stalled Flight – Daqa Koh Shrine

The trial of the Daqa Koh Shrine can be rather tricky for a moment. You will notice the platform bouncing up and down in the center of the room. Hop down when it goes down and it will toss you up. Glide at the top of the toss to reach the top of the giant block in the center of the room.

Now when it tosses you up, jump and glide over to the chest in the corner of the room, which contains a Silver Rupee. Head back to the center and get tossed back onto the giant block. This time when the giant block gets tossed up, use the Stasis Rune to freeze it at the top to unlock the upper room.

After doing this, quick hop over and glide into the room. Run over and up the stairs to examine the structure. You will be given another Spirit Orb and transported back outside of the shrine.

Metal Doors Open the Way - Ka’o Makagh Shrine

Upon entering Ka’o Makagh Shrine, there will be a metal door ahead. Use the Magnesis Rune to open it. Defeat the two creatures in this room and continue through the metal door on the left side. There will be a chest, which contains a Knight’s Bow.

Now blow up the stones holding up one of these doors. Use the Magnesis Rune to carry the door and lay it across the gap on the first two platforms. Climb up and run across. Lay it across the gap towards the north and run across. Pull the chest towards you. It will contain an Opal.

Now use this method of placing the door across gaps to make it to the platform to the north where the end of the shrine is located. Run up and examine the structure to get the Spirit Orb and be transported back outside.

Drawing Parabolas - Monya Toma Shrine

After entering Monya Toma Shrine, you will see many platforms with rising pillars. Stand in front them to be tossed across the room. Start by using the first one to be tossed over to the second one. Now use this one to be tossed and glide over to the third one.

Hit the switch here a couple times to turn the platform completely around. Drop down and repeat the previous process to reach the chest, which contains a Thunderblade. Hop down and hit the switch once more to turn the platforms pillar towards the path blocked by boxes.

Get tossed across and blow the boxes up with a bomb. Now go grab the ball at the front of the room and use the pillars to toss it all the way to the end to activate a switch. Run inside the room and continue towards the next. Examine the structure for the Spirit Orb and to be transported back outside.

Fateful Stars - Keo Ruug Shrine

Upon entering Keo Ruug Shrine, you will see many holes with only 4 balls. Place the first ball in the first hole closest to the set of 5 torches on the left. Now set the second ball in the second hole near the set of 3 torches on the left.

Place the third ball in the first hole near the set of 2 torches on the right. Now place the final ball in the second hole near the set of 1 torch on the right. This will open the path forward. The order is 5-3-1-2.  Now reorder the balls with the order 4-2-2-1 to open the path to a chest.

Head inside the first door and head towards the right. At the top will be a chest behind a door. This is the door we just opened. Open the chest to get a Knight’s Claymore. Now head towards the back and examine the structure to get the Spirit Orb and to be transported back outside.

Myahm Agana Apparatus - Myahm Agana Shrine

Enter Myahm Agana Shrine to find a pedestal at the top of the first path and a hole at the bottom of the second path. Head up and examine the pedestal to take control of the ball maze. You can tilt the maze to move the ball around, but first – tilt the maze slightly downward facing the second path.

Run up the second path and glide over to the maze. Make it over to the chest, which contains the Phrenic Bow. Now head back and glide over to the second path. Head back to the pedestal and take control of the maze again.

The goal is to get the ball to the top of the second path, which will make it roll down and into the hole. You can make it navigate around and toss it over to the second path, or you can sling the ball out of the nearby opening at the right time to make it reach the second path.

It will now roll down and into the hole at the bottom of the second path, which will open a door nearby. Head through this door to find the end of the shrine. Examine the structure to get the Spirit Orb and to be transported back outside.

Timing Is Critical - Ree Dahee Shrine

Enter Ree Dahee Shrine and you will see a switch nearby. Step on the switch to slope the platform ahead and make the metal ball roll into the hole. This will activate a moving platform. Use it to cross the gap. Continue forward to find another switch.

Step on it and wait until the ball it nearly to the bottom of the top platform and get off the switch to raise it back up. The ball will fall down to the bottom and roll into the hole. Use the newly moving platform to cross the gap.

Continue to the next switch. Hop on and wait for the ball to get nearly to the end. Get off the switch and it will raise up and the ball will fly over to the hole. Head across using the platform. Use the Magnesis Rune to grab one of the barrel to the right.

Place this barrel on the switch we previously used. Run up the platform and open the chest, which contains a Climber’s Bandanna. Run to the bottom and around to find a ladder. Climb it to reach the structure. Examine it to get the Spirit Orb and to be transported back outside.

Ze Kasho Apparatus - Ze Kasho Shrine

Enter Ze Kasho Shrine to find a pedestal. Examine it to take control of the platform ahead of you. Tilt it backwards and then to the side to open the path down the middle. Jump across and continue into the next room to find a switch with several lasers.

Hit the switch and quickly make your way to the middle of the room. The blocks may not block the lasers long enough for you to reach the end. Use an arrow or bomb to hit the switch and continue to the end of the room. There is a chest on one side that you are unable to switch.

Hit the switch a couple times to see a platform moving above Link. You must jump on this platform when it raises from the side. Now glide over to the chest, which contains a Zora Spear. Glide back over and head into the next room.

There will a pedestal here. Examine it to take control of the platform ahead. Carefully rotate the platform to make the balls hit all 3 switches at the same time to open a door. Go through the door and examine the structure. You will get a Spirit Orb and be transported back outside.

A Balanced Approach - Qua Raym Shrine

After entering Qua Raym Shrine, there will be several platforms raised up in the middle of the room. Shoot the large crate in the center one to lower the chest, which contains the Small Key. Use it to open the door in the back of the room.

Use the Magnesis Rune to lift one of the large blocks up and place it on the raise platform near the wall to lower it. Place the block on the ground, hop over to it, and climb onto the platform. Use the block to lower the opposite platform and raise the one you are on.

Now glide over to the opposite platform and use the block to raise it up. Hop over to the ledge to find a chest, which contains a Royal Claymore. Hop down and lower the platform with the first chest if it is not already. Place a bomb on it and raise it all the way up.

Detonate the bomb to blow up the rocks. Now lower the platform back down. Place a block on it and place the remaining 2 blocks nearby. Stand on the platform with the block on it and place the remaining blocks on the opposite platform.

This will raise up to the top and not kill you due to the spikes. Now run up the stairs to find the structure to examine. Examine it to get the Spirit Orb and to be transported back outside.

Two Orbs to Guide You - Zalta Wa Shrine

Head inside Zalta Wa Shrine and there will be a metal ball on a pillar to the right. Shoot it with an arrow to knock it into the hole. Now go pick up the second metal ball that has been unlocked. Head over to the switch on the left side of the room and stand on it.

Toss the metal ball through the door and into the second hole. Now go stand on the platform in the center of the room. Hit the switch when the upper platform moves towards you to be flung up and into it. Glide over to the top of the small room on the left side of the room.

There will be a chest here that contains a Knight’s Bow. Head back up to the upper story and climb to the top. Examine the structure here to get the Spirit Orb and to be transported back outside the shrine.

Passing of the Gates - Rota Ooh Shrine

Enter Rota Ooh Shrine and hit the orange switch. Head to the left side of the room and go down the path to find a chest, which contains the Small Key. Head back to the start and grab the metal ball. Move it towards the portal you used to come in the shrine.

Now use an arrow to hit the blue switch at the top right of the room. The platform will flip and you need to unlock the door with the key. Toss the metal ball into the front part of the platform that is shaped like a basket. Hit the orange switch to flip the platform again to make the metal ball fall into the hole.

This will activate a raising platform. Use it to be thrown into the air. Glide over to the chest to the north, which contains a Feathered Edge. Glide over towards the area with the metal ball and hole. Climb up the ladder and hop down. Head back up top using the raising platform.

Place a bomb near the blue switch and drop down to the metal portion below towards the ball and hole. Detonate the bomb to be taken to the top. Now climb and travel to the end of the shrine. Examine the structure to get the Spirit Orb and to be transported back outside.

A Minor Test of Strength - Dah Hesho Shrine

Enter the Dah Hesho Shrine and continue into the large room for a fight. This enemy is rather easy. Just attack when able and dodge when it attacks. After defeating it, run inside the next room and open the chest. It contains a Giant Ancient Core. Examine the structure for a Spirit Orb and transported outside.

Katosa Aug Apparatus - Katosa Aug Shrine

Once inside Katosa Aug Shrine, head towards the pedestal to the right. Examine it to take control of a swinging hammer. Tilt it back and forward to hit the ball across and into the hole. If the ball falls off, just press cancel and re-examine the pedestal. Use the platform to cross the gap.

Travel behind the finishing structure to find another pedestal. Use it to take control of another hammer. Swing it to make the ball go north and it will go around back to the hole. Now use the platform to reach a chest. Open it to get the Great Frostblade.

Head back across and to the structure in the center of the shrine. Examine it to get another Spirit Orb and to be transported back outside.

Zuna Kai’s Blessing - Zuna Kai Shrine

Enter Zuna Kai Shrine and walk up to the chest. Open it to get a Flameblade. Now continue to the structure and examine it. You will get a Spirit Orb and be transported back outside.

Ritaag Zumo’s Blessing - Ritaag Zumo Shrine

Complete the Into the Vortex Shrine Quest first. Now once inside Ritaag Zumo Shrine, head forward and open the chest to get a Giant Ancient Core. Now continue to the structure and examine it. You will get a Spirit Orb and be transported back outside.

Directing the Wind - Rin Oyaa Shrine

Enter the Rin Oyaa Shrine to find several gusts of wind, a metal ball, and a hole. Run around the room using the Magnesis Rune to move the giant metal blocks in front of both of the air gusts coming from the center of the room.

Now go back up top and pick up the metal ball. Hop down and go up the large ramp on the right side of the room. Roll the ball down the ramp and into the wind. Pick up the metal block as soon as the ball rolls passed it and place it at the top of the ramp.

Quickly run back up the ramp and when the ball reaches the hole – you will be raised up. Now position the metal block north in the center of the gap between you and the chest. Dash and hop over to reach the chest, which contains an Ancient Core.

Hop back over and examine the structure. You will now get the Spirit Orb as well as transported back outside the shrine.

Shift and Lock – Sha Gehma Shrine

Enter the Sha Gehma Shrine and head up the spiraling path in the center of the room. Climb high enough to be able to glide down to the chest, which contains a Royal Broadsword. Now climb the path once more and use the Magnesis Rune to pull the metal block up with you.

Continue climb until you reach the top of the path. Place the block so that the moving platforms can temporarily hold it. Now quickly use the Stasis Rune to freeze the block. Jump down and open the chest in the center for a Small Key.

Now quickly jump down so the metal block does not kill you. Run to the locked door in the room and use the key to unlock it. Examine the structure to get the Spirit Orb and to be transported back outside.

Qaza Tokki’s Blessing - Qaza Tokki Shrine

Complete the Labyrinth on the Cliff Shrine Quest first. Once inside Qaza Tokki Shrine, head up the stairs and open the chest for Barbarian Leg Wraps. Continue to the end and examine the structure. You will get a Spirit Orb and be transported back outside the shrine.

Power of Reach - Rok Uwog Shrine

Enter the Rok Uwog Shrine and you will see a chest upon a ledge. Use the Magnesis Rune to pull it to you. The chest contains a Drillshaft. Now shoot an arrow through the flame of the torch into the leave near the door. The leaves will burn and reveal an opening.

Climb through this opening and defeat the enemy in this room. Pull the metal block out from under the platform to lower it. Run up and across into the next room. Defeat the enemy in this room. Now head back and pick up the small metal block.

Push it through the opening when made when we first entered the shrine. Now lift it up and into the hole in the top of the platform where the first chest was located. Be sure to push it as far away from you as possible once you lower it into the room.

Now head back through the opening and around to where the second enemy was located. Slide the block over and push the barrels off the chest to open the door. Head inside and open the chest for the Small Key.

Climb the ladder in this room to reach the first room again. Hop down and unlock the door. Head inside and examine the structure. You will get a Spirit Orb and be transported back outside the shrine.

Red Giveaway - Shada Naw Shrine

Enter the Shada Naw Shrine and run across the ledge to reach the giant metal block. Jump passed it to the other side and continue making your way around to find a chest up high. Use the Magnesis Rune to pull it to you. Open it for the Great Frostblade.

Now use the Magnesis Rune to pull the block in the wall near the end of the wind gust to make a platform. Place the giant metal block in the room on this platform. Now toss the metal ball into the wind guest while standing on the center of the starting platform.

Be sure the moving platform is in the position near the wall and the ball will now travel around to the hole. This will raise the platform you are standing on. Continue to the end and examine the structure for the Spirit Orb and to be transported back outside.

A Major Test of Strength - Goma Asaagh Shrine

Melt the ice and enter Goma Asaagh Shrine. Enter the large room in the center to start a fight. Use the Cyronis Rune to raise ice pillars when needed to block the enemies spin attack. Keep attacking and it will start a sweeping laser attack.

You can use an ice pillar here as well. Climb on top of the ice pillar and glide over to the foe. Drop down and attack to deal damage. Keep fighting until it starts aiming the red laser. Be sure to defeat it as fast as possible during this stage as the laser does lots of damage.

After defeating the monster, head through the door to find a chest. Open it to get the Royal Claymore. Now head up and examine the structure. You will get the Spirit Orb and be transported back outside the shrine.

To Quomo’s Blessing - To Quomo Shrine

Head up the hill east of the closed doors and use the Cyronis Rune to raise 2 ice pillars in the small puddle of water. Continue to the top of the hill and pick up the large snowball. Run it down the hill to knock the doors down.

Continue inside to find the Hebra Great Skeleton and the To Quomo Shrine. Enter the To Quomo Shrine and open the chest to get the Royal Claymore. Continue to the structure and examine it. You will get the Spirit Orb and be transported back outside.

Metal Connections - Wahgo Katta Shrine

Once inside Wahgo Katta Shrine, climb up the metal blocks in the corner to reach a chest that contains an Amber. Hop down and stack the blocks near the opposite corner. Climb up and move this metal object to the ground towards the end of the shrine.

Move the block over near this platform and place the long metal object across the gap. Climb up and travel to the structure. Examine it to get the Spirit Orb and to be transported back outside the shrine.

Drifting - Hila Rao Shrine

Complete the Watch Out for the Flowers Shrine Quest and enter Hila Rao Shrine and continue forward across the drift wood to reach the other side. Be sure to jump when needed. Continue this for the second room.

In the third room, use bomb arrows or the explosive barrels to blow open the blocks forward. Raise an ice pillar underneath the floating chest. Open it to get Ice Arrow x5. Continue on to the end of the shrine. Examine the structure to get the Spirit Orb and to be transported back outside.

Shields from Water - Kaya Wan Shrine

Once inside Kaya Wan Shrine and use the Cryonis Rune to raise ice pillars in the water. Climb up and continue make ice pillars to reach all the way on top of the small water. Shoot the enemy with an arrow and continue making ice pillars along the path.

Make one under the chest in this room. Open it to get the Ancient Core. Now continue to reach the next passage. Defeat the 2 enemies here with arrows. Continue making ice pillars and raise the gate midway down this path to find a chest, which contains a Royal Broadsword.

Continue down the path using the ice pillars. At the end, glide over to the structure. Examine it to get the Spirit Orb and to be transported back outside the shrine.

Speed of Light - Sheh Rata Shrine

Use Revali’s Gale to reach the Sheh Rata Shrine. Enter it and rotate the lever on the side of the room. This will rotate the laser in the center of the room. Hop down and stand near the opening to the north. The laser will come around and activate a switch, raising the water level.

Enter the next room and place the barrel on top of the switch in the water. It will float up, so head back to the center room. Use ice pillars to reach the switch in the room. Toss a bomb over to it, but do not detonate it.

Continue back across the water into the room with the floating barrel and switch under water. Now detonate the bomb, which will activate the switch and lower the water level. This will make the barrel activate the switch.

Now head through the newly opened door to reach the structure to be examined. Examine it to get the Spirit Orb and to be transported back outside the shrine.

Twin Memories - Shee Vaneer Shrine

Enter Shee Vaneer Shrine to find lots of holes and a few balls. Starting from the far left side, put a ball in the 2nd hole from the back of the room. Head to the next column and put balls in the 3rd and 5th holes. Skip the next column and place a ball in the 4th hole.

Now place a ball in the 1st hole on the last column. This will unlock the door in the back of the room. Head through it and climb the ladder. Examine the structure to get the Spirit Orb and to be transported back outside.

Twin Memories - Shee Venath Shrine

Enter Shee Venath Shrine to find lots of holes and a few balls. Starting from the far left side, place a ball in the 3rd hole. Now place a ball in the next column at the 1st hole. Place ball in the next column at the 4th hole. Continue by placing a ball in the next column at the 2nd hole.

Continue to the final column and place a ball at the 5th hole. This will unlock the door in the back of the room. Head through it and climb the ladder. Examine the structure to get the Spirit Orb and to be transported back outside.

Passing the Flame - Tah Muhl Shrine

Enter the Tah Muhl Shrine and shoot a fire arrow at the leaves ahead to reveal an opening. If you do not have any fire arrows, just catch an arrow on fire using one of the torches. Climb through the opening and continue into the next room.

Shoot the leaves in this room to find 2 chests containing a Stone Smasher and an Opal. One of the patches of leaves lead into the next room and will drop a chest. This chest contains a Small Key. Use the Magnesis Rune to pull it to you. Pick it up and enter the room.

Open the chest in this room to get a Ruby. Now head back and break the crates underneath the short platform to form a ramp. Continue up and examine the shrine. You will get the Spirit Orb and be transported back outside.

Blue Flame - Shora Hah Shrine

Enter Shora Hah Shrine and head down the path. Use the Magnesis Rune to pick up the obstacle and run underneath it. Continue and take the left path up the stairs. Position the metal platforms so that you can reach the chest nearby.

You have to hop on one and move the other towards the chest before hopping over to it. Repeat this a few times to reach the chest, which contains a Royal Bow. Use this same technique to reach the top of the stairs where there is a blue flame and a Torch.

Use the torch and light it with the blue flame. Run back down the stairs and towards the middle of the path will be an unlit torch. Light it with the blue flame. Now continue through the newly opened door. Run around the first 2 water spouts and through the torch across the gap in front of the 3rd spout.

Run around and pick it up. Now light the unlit torch. Light an arrow with the blue flame and use it to light to unlit torch in the distance. Now run back to the center of the path and up the newly formed stairs.

Hit the switch and dodge the metal spike ball by running down the stairs. Run to the top of the path and defeat the enemies. Now light a torch with the blue flame and travel back to the top. Light the unlit torch and open the chests, which contain a Giant Ancient Core and a Great Flameblade.

Now light the center unlit torch in the next room. Use the Stasis Rune to freeze time on one of the water spouts near the other torches. Now light both of these unlit torches starting with the one near the frozen spout. Continue through the door and light the unlit torch here.

Use the Stasis Rune to freeze one of the moving unlit torches. Keep freezing them until their movement syncs. Now light an arrow with the blue flame and use it to light both torches in 1 shot. Use another arrow to light the torch on the other side of the gap.

Now use the air gusts to glide over to the other side of the gap. Move the torch on the metal platform to the other side and use an arrow to light it using the other torch. Use the air gust to glide over the gap. Pull the chest over and open it to get a Silver Rupee.

Now glide over to the other chest, which contains a Frost Dweller’s Sword. Glide back over and head down the ramp. Defeat the enemies by catching the leaves on fire using the blue flame. Run along the path and open the chest to get Ice Arrow x10.

Light the unlit torch that is slightly back from the rest. Now stand in the center of the many unlit torches and perform a spin attack. This will light all of the torches and open the path forward. Head up the stairs and examine the structure. You will get the Spirit Orb and be transported back outside.

Five Flames - Rucco Maag Shrine

Enter Rucco Maag Shrine and hit the bottom switch to rotate the object in the center of the room. Now hit the switch pointing up that is furthest from the object. This will move the water spout to the bottom.  You need to turn it to light the torch opposite of the water spout.

Once you do that, move the water spout back to the bottom and rotate the object around to light the rest of the torches. You can use an arrow to shoot it through the flame into some leaves on the other side of the room to reach a chest, which contains an Opal.

Do the same to get the other chest, except you need to land the flaming arrow on the ledge. Open the chest to get the Silver Bow. Now head through to the end of the shrine and examine the structure. You will get the Spirit Orb and be transported back outside.

Three Boxes - Dow Na’eh Shrine

Once inside Dow Na’eh Shrine, head to the back of the room to find a chest that contains an Amber. Use the Magnesis Rune to pull the other chest in the room to you. It contains a Zora Sword. Now pull the chest in the water to you. It contains an Opal.

Stack all 3 chests on the large switch in the middle of the room. Now put the metal block from inside the door on the raising platform. Ride it to the top and wait for it to lower. Now get on the metal block. Use it to reach the top and head over to the structure. Examine it for the Spirit Orb and transported outside.

A Minor Test of Strength - Pumaag Nitae Shrine

Enter Pumaag Nitae Shrine and head into the large room for a fight. Defeat the creature to open the path forward. Open the chest to get a Boomerang. Now head up the stairs and examine the structure. You will get the Spirit Orb and be transported back outside.

Halt the Tilt - Shai Utoh Shrine

Once inside Shai Utoh Shrine, use the Stasis Rune on the metal ramp ahead and climb up to the next area. Use it once more and climb up to find a chest, which contains a Royal Broadsword. Use the Magnesis Rune to put the chest on the back part of the shrine.

Freeze the platform and head to the other side of the area you of which you are located. Continue to the back of the shrine with the chest. Make the platform lower and stand on it. Drop the chest from high up onto the other side to be flung into the air.

Glide over to the chest, which contains an Ancient Core. Do this again to reach the other side where the end structure is located. Examine it to get the Spirit Orb and to be transported back outside the shrine.

A Modest Test of Strength - Muwo Jeem Shrine

Head inside Muwo Jeem Shrine and enter the center area for a fight. Defeat the enemy to unlock the path forward. Head inside and open the chest to get a Royal Bow. Now head up the stairs and examine the structure to get the Spirit Orb and to be transported back outside.

A Weighty Decision - Yah Rin Shrine

Enter Yah Rin Shrine and stand on the platform with the metal block. Use the Magnesis Rune to position the block on the other platform, thus raising you up. Head forward and kill the enemy. Now pull the chest behind the gate towards you. Open it for a Royal Broadsword.

Place the chest on the switch behind the gate near the door. Head inside the door and be sure to take the chest with you. Place the chest on the two platforms near the next chest to lower them down. Now climb onto the back platform nearest the next chest.

Place the first chest on the opposite platform on the other side of the room, not the one on the same side as you. This will raise you up to the second chest, which contains an Opal. Do this again to reach the other ledge. Head up, examine the structure, and get the Spirit Orb as well as transported back outside.

A Major Test of Strength - Chaas Qeta Shrine

Enter Chaas Qeta Shrine and head into the large room for a fight. Defeat the enemy using whatever techniques available and head through the door. Open the chest for the Climbing Gear and head over to the structure. Examine it for the Spirit Orb and to be transported back outside.

Korgu Chideh’s Blessing – Korgu Chideh Shrine

Complete the Stranded on Eventide Shrine Quest to unlock the Korgu Chideh Shrine. Once inside the shrine, head forward and open the chest for a Gold Rupee. Continue to the end and examine the structure. You will get a Spirit Orb and be transported outside of the shrine.
