Nedgame.nl - a Dutch retailer - is offering preorders for various 3DS models including the New 3DS and New 3DS XL. That is not out of the norm from other retailers; however, Nedgame.nl is also offering a Skull Kid figurine to those who preorder the consoles. They include Majora's Mask 3D as well. Check the link above if you are interested in this offer and like many other regions - the game launches on February 13, 2015.
