The Great Fairy Fountain Percussion Ensemble - Bongo Bongo Day

As Bongo Bongo day is about heavily percussive pieces, we'll be seeing a lot of mallet instruments. This week is a short Latin-style groove, with The Ocarina of Time Great Fairy Fountain theme on top with marimbas and vibraphones.
Notice the arpeggiated chords throughout the piece... What did you all think of the conga pattern and trilled marimba patterns? What other styles have you heard the Great Fairy theme played in? What instruments do you think would sound cool with it?
